Here "we" represents StylezWorld and "you" represents customers of StylezWorld who like to purchase any services or any products from StylezWorld under the following Privacy and Terms and Conditions. Termination for Web Hosting/Domain services(Web Design/Graphic Designs)

All conditions and policies stipulated in the following pages apply to the Customer (You), and any failure of the POLICIES and TERMS & CONDITIONS can result in the immediate termination of web design project, domain and web hosting services. These conditions are subject to change; please refer to our web site for recent updates. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure violations of the policies or conditions do not occur. If you violet any of the terms and conditions and policy of StylezWorld in any area of Domain and Hosting or any other services offered by StylezWorld, your accunt/project will be terminated immediately without any warning. In terms of website design/graphic designs, if we do not receive the full balance no later than exactly two months from your project due delivery date, your project will be terminated. Prior to termination of only your design projects you will be notified three times in two months period after the due delivery date. This email notification is not applicable to web hosting/domain or any other services offered by StylezWorld. No any refund will be claimed for any of the above circumstances due to violation of terms and conditions or policy of StylezWorld.
Product Purchase Rules and Limitations

***Please note before proceeding to step 4 (Check Out Now) from step 3 on StylezWorld websites (stylezworld.com, stylezworld.ca) package order form (products/services order form), it is mandatory that you read through "View Agreement" and put the tick mark on "I agree to the Terms" only if you like to purchase any of our products/services and do agee to terms and conditions of StylezWorld. If you do not do so and do not select "I agree to Terms" (ignore it!) but proceed to the next steps by clicking "Check out now" button, still it will be confirmed that you do agree to the policy and terms and conditions of StylezWorld (sometimes there may have system error on stylezworld wesites which may not block you to go further steps without selecting the option "I agree to the terms" ). So it is your resposibility to go through the policy, terms and conditions of StylezWorld very carefully and mark on the option" I agree to Terms" in order to purchase any of our StylezWorld products.
If you purchase any of stylezworld.com (stylezworld.ca) products or any package deals, it is confirmed that you do agree to StylezWorld privacy policies and terms and conditions with your knowledge and you are bound to follow those terms and conditions. Violations of any of the policies and terms and conditions of StylezWorld will terminate your account without any refund. StylezWorld will not be responsible for any loss or damages due to this termination.
Pricing Error or Misleading Matters (any error on websites)

StylezWorld is not bound to give the customers the price for those packages shown on StylezWorld website by mistake. If there are major or minor mistakes on pricing or spelling or contents on StylezWorld websites, StylezWorld will not be responsible for any of those circumstances even if those contents mislead you. If any mistake occurs on any of our webpages and customers inform that to StylezWorld, StylezWorld must take immediate action for investigating that matter and resolve the problem and prevent customers from confusion or misleading steps. Before purchasing any packages online, StylezWorld recommend you to call our customer service team to confirm yourself about the package pricing and what are in the packages.
Payment Method and Currency conversion

Customers need to pay by PayPal for any of our services and Product or Packages offered on StylezWorld websites (StylezWorld.com, StylezWorld.ca). We also accept payment by e-money transfer (interact email money transfer). All payments must be received by PayPal in the form of USD or CAD (of course same conversion rate set up on PayPal). StylezWorld is not responsible for any currency rate conversion or any confusion about current rate conversation between CAD and USD. PayPal is an authentic menthod for your payments without disclosing your debit or cedit card information on StylezWorld.com or StylezWorld.ca website. PayPal update the USD (US Currency) or CAD (Canadian Currency) currency conversion rate on their automated payment system regularly.
Payment Mthod and Receipt (Invoices)/ Proof of Payment

As soon as we receive your payment through PayPal for any of our services and product purchase, you will be notified by Styleworld automatically for your current payment and you will be sent invoices and Service/Product or Package details. At the same time PayPal will send you the confirmation of your same payment made by Credit Card or Debit card through PayPal. When you are ready to purchase any service or product on our websites, you will be given options for the packages or their pricing and expiry date. What you need to do is just select any of our products and proceed on with all steps (name, address, email, Zipcode/Postal code..etc required on the form which will not be disclosed to third party) by selecting "I agree to Terms" (ofcourse by viewing agreement). It will let you go further steps and atlast redirect you to PayPal website for the said payment for our product purchase. You can pay on PayPal by using your existing PayPal account or creat a new account with some required information. Paypal will take care of your payment processing without disclosing those information to any third party. PayPal will guarantee you about 100% security for your payments. For web design or any other graphic designs you can go either by paypal or you can contact at our sales team to arrange your payment by meeting or by alternative methods. When you click "Check out now" button after filled up your required info provided in the form at the time of purchasing any of the hosting and domain, website design packages from our website StylezWorld.com/StylezWorld.ca, it is confirmed that you agree to the terms and conditions of StylezWorld- a Toronto based Web Design, Web development, Domain Name Search, Web Hosting and Online Marketing Company.
Suspend or Cancel Account

StylezWorld reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Customer's access to any or all services provided by StylezWorld if it makes the decision that the web site has been inappropriately used.
StylezWorld must not tolerate or accept the following activities:
1. Any activities of our clients who purchased domain and hosting services from StylezWorld that may cause harm to our server, is strictly prohabited
2. No commercial advertisements with bulk e-mail.
3. Unsolicited commercial advertisements are not allowed in e-mail, and may result in account suspension or cancellation.
Account Set Up

StylezWorld starts create and process your account as soon as you submit your order by using StylezWorld websites' order form with your correct email address, phone number, domain name and all other required information.
It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. If you have a domain name registered with us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your domain account and your actual domain name(s) is correct and up-to-date. StylezWorld is not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information being associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change this information, you should contact our sales team via email. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. If you fail to meet these requirements, the order may be considered fraudulent in nature and be denied.
Domain and Web Contents Transfer

Any domain name that you purchased under StylezWorld's websites can be transferred to any other hosting company in exchange of trasferring cost (varies from domain to domain). please check our price list at www.stylezword.com/pricelist.html
Domain trasfer and web contents transfer are not the same thing and StylezWorld charge you separately. We can trasfer all web contents from a domain that is hosted under SrylezWoirld to anther server with a minimum cost and limited time frame (please check the pricing list on our website, www.stylezworld.com/priceisthtml. But we are not obliged to do that trasfer. It is our flexibility that no custmers can force us to do that.
Domain or Hosting Package Pricing (why variations)
===============================================
Please note all domains (like .com, .ca. .net, .org) are not available as FREE Domain at all the time on StylezWolrd website's package deals. If you see any domain charge on your check out or bill that means that specific domain (say .ca) is not FREE for that package or any of the packages. The cost of domain varies from one domain to another (say some .com domains are cheaper than some .ca domains). If you want to purchase the package offered on the website or any other adposting, you have to order that package via online. Online pricing for any of the services or products that stylezworld offers may varies from the regular pricing. Online payment must be paid in full by the method, PayPal as per online offer packages. If there is any confusion about the pricing, all of our valuable clients are requetsed to confirm theirself before purchasing any product or services.
1 FREE domain with 1 yr Hosting package means domain will be FREE only for 1 year with hosting or website design packages. 1 FREE domain must not be FREE for life time. After 1st year client must go for the consequent year (comulsory stay with Stylezworld for the next year) at rate $82.35/yr basis for Hosting and domain). If any client does not want to stay with StylezWorld.com after the first year, client has to pay the yearly charge of $82.35 before moving to any other hosting company as we do not give any package FREE for 1 year only. If Client will take any packages that may include 1 yr Free either Domain or Hosting or both it means cleint do agree to stay as a compulsory stay with stylezworld for 2 years (1 yr FREE + 1 yr mandatory stay at rate $82.35). After that terms if client would like to stay with stylezworld, client must pay $82.35/yr basis for Hosting with domain. Before terms periods (2 years mandatory) If the client would like to trasfer the domain (which we bought for him/her) to other hosting company, there would be an extra $35.00 service charge plus domain trasfer cost $25.00, total $60.00 charge. If the client would like us to transfer the domain after the terms (contract) periods, client has to pay only $25.00+ $15 (service charge), total $40.00 charge will be applied.
StylezWorld is not responsible for anything or any damage if you (customers) are misleaded yourself without reading "View Agreement " on step 3 on Package order Form and without selecting " I agree to terms" prior to purchasing any of stylezWorld package deals.
Contents

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless StylezWorld from any claims resulting from the use of our services. Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited.
Any account found to be in violation of anothers copyright will be expeditiously removed, or access to the material disabled. Any account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from our hosting. If you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed upon, please email sales@stylezworld.com with the information required. A list of required information may be found here. If the request is of a licensing issue, we may require further documentation.
Using a shared account as a backup/storage device is not permitted, with the exception of one cPanel backup of the same account. Please do not take backups of your backups.

Payment system for Designing Project

If you like to go for website design/any other design packages offered on StylezWorld websites or any adpostings, you need to pay by Paypal or you can contact our web developers or sales team at647-707-6825 for other acceptable payment options. For online purchase paid in full by payPal must be required.
If you would like to place an order for website design and graphic designs over phone or by contact , 50% of the total charge must be paid at the time of placing order and the remaining balance will be paid at the time of delivering your web contents to your server or your hosting site upon completion of the project.. You can also pay by PayPal (an authentic payment method without disclosing credit card or bank info ) from StylezWolrd websites. This payment is non refundable even if you change your mind and decide not to go with our company for any reasons and conditions after receiving your signed agreement. You will be given payment receipt as well as terms and conditions paper as soon as we receive your payment. The contents of the website must not be loaded to your domain server until and unless the balance is paid in full.
Please note, even if you place your order through online or email it will be treated that you read and agree to the terms and conditions of StylezWorld and pay as per email instructions.
Privacy (Server Confidentiality and Acccess)

We (StylezWorld) oblige to keep the confidentiality of your persoal information , server and web contents . We will not have any access to your server upon completion of required projects unless further requested by you. We will not be responsible for any damages a business may suffer from loss of data, hacking of server, delivery of email, or any other problems related to your website's server, webpages after the verification and completion of your project.
Cancellation (web design /graphic designs project)

We reserve the right to cancel service at any time and the customer agrees not to hold StylezWorld responsible for any damages as a result of termination.
Website Design/Graphic Designs Time Frame
=========================================
We need approximately 7-18 working business days to complete a project. If it is small project like 5 pages static website it may take 1 week or if it is a dynamic or e-commerce website we expect to have atleast 10-15 days to finish the project. For any kind of designing project you will be shown your design layout on the 1st week.
Layout/Web Contents/Copyright Policies

The layout of your website/any other design can not be changed once you approve it. We need all required images and contents for this website /other designs(including logo, images, contact details and contents of web pages-e.g. welcome message, about your company...etc) within the three days of the date of placing order. StylezWorld is not responsible for any image or website contents used for your website/graphics designs or any other services for your project and recommend you (customers) not to violet other company's webpage contents or image uses copyright policies.
Layout/Website Name or URL Uses Policy

StylezWorld has the right to use its designed or developed layout images or full website names or URL links for StylezWorld's Portfolio or Project Gallery. StylezWorld has the rights to indicate its design or development in the copyrights section of stylezworld's cleints..
Source Code uses Policy/Charge for violation

It is strictly prohibited from using the same webpage code or scripts that used for clients' one website to another website by only altering fewthings on the same code or altering its name. We must not sell the code for reuses for different website for your personal issues or professional web design companies. If anyone have an interest to get legal permission for using the same website codes/scripts as many websites as one wants, one must purchase that permission prior to using these codes. If any one violates the code uses poolicy or shows dishonesty with using our codes for other websites that must be detected by our experts and take legal action against them ina short.
No Refund on the following conditions/Project Cancellation

1) When you place the order for website /graphic designs by contact or by phone, you must pay 50% of the total balance. This payment is non refundable even if you change your mind and decide not to go with our company for any reasons and conditions after receiving your signed agreement. You will be given payment receipt as soon as we receive your payment. The contents of the website must not be loaded to your domain server until and unless the balance is paid in full.
2) We also set up deadline for each of our work projects. If you cannot come to finalize the website or graphic design projects within two months time from our due delivery date, your project will be cancelled automatically and no any refund or no same project work can be claimed in this case. This project layout or complete design without your provided original logo can be damaged, shared or sold in anywhere in the word. No complain will be accepted in this case. If you also purchase your domain name or hosting service or both with your website design/graphic design projects from stylezworld, only domain and hosting services which will be ratained until your contract period of domain and hosting service in StylezWorld but you no longer will be able to claim for any refund (no matetr if 50% or full paid) for your website/graphic designs project no later than exactly two months from your project due delivery date. In that case you will be sent three wanrning emails before terminating your website design project. In case of Domain and Hosting service if you violet any of the terms and conditions and policy of StylezWorld, your project or accunt will be terminated immediately without any warning. Warranty for hosting or website/Graphic Designs/Clients resposibility for webcontents/Server access

StylezWorld confirms that all of its customers who purchase those packages related to website design and or graphic designs (no hosting or domain registration) may get 10 days warranty for correcting spelling mistake on webpages, correcting functionalities of the website or graphic designs conducted by stylezworld if there would have any problems ( excluding addtion of any extra photos or any changes on the layout or the existing functionalities ). After this warranty period,, stylezworld will no longer be responsible for any damages a business may suffer from data loss, server hacking, email delivery, server problems and any problems related to Web Pages.. If customers require any further updates, modifications or upgrades of the existing website or other graphic designs, a new price quotation will be available for client's review. Please note that all our cleints are only responsible to collect the whole webcontents from server and store those in save place as a supporting materials for future uses. StylezWorld does not take any responsibility to store and save clients web contents to stylezworld server. Prior to transferring the designed webcontents to cleints server, all cleints are taught about how to visit inside the cpanel of the provided/ Clients' existing server and how to control the server (basic lessons only). We always recommend to change the password as soon as we trsferred the whole contents to the server and handover the password to the cleints. StylezWorld will not have any access to your server upon completion of required projects unless further requested by you. StylezWorld will not be responsible for any damages a business may suffer from loss of data, hacking of server, delivery of email, or any other problems related to your website's server, webpages after the verification and completion of your project.
Website Maintenace

StylezWorld can not maintain the website on monthly or yearly basis. If you need any modification/update or upgrade of your existing website or any other designs, you are requested to send us a request quote email each time you need help. StylezWorld gives you the best quote for any update/upgrade each time you need StylezWorld's help.
